The Numbers That Decide This

of China's live-commerce GMV now comes from brand-operated store broadcasts rather than influencers. The model runs from your own account.

McKinsey reports live commerce reaching up to 10x conventional ecommerce conversion in some contexts. A ceiling that has been observed, not a number anyone can sell you.

Why eCom Live

Not another agency
running a few streams a month.

24/7, not "more often"

Hosts on your channel every hour of every day, on a written schedule. McKinsey found 32% of surveyed US live shoppers name inconvenient timing as the thing stopping them buying more. Coverage is the fix, and coverage is a staffing problem before it is a marketing one.

Your channel. Your customer.

We stream from your official accounts, never a creator's. In China, where this channel is already mature, brand-operated store broadcasts passed 50% of all live-commerce GMV. The follower, the review and the repeat order stay with you instead of being rented back from an affiliate.

Every platform, one team

TikTok Live, Instagram, YouTube Live, Whatnot, Amazon Live, eBay Live and TalkShopLive. Trained hosts, studio, lighting, scripts, live moderation and comment-to-DM capture. All of it staffed by us, in our space, on our payroll, not yours.

You approve every word

Controlled spontaneity, not a muzzle. Approved-claims list, scripts signed off by your team, and FTC disclosures repeated through the stream rather than left to a platform toggle. The same process we run for Oreo and Goli.

Who It's For

Three ways brands use us.
Pick the one that sounds like you.

CPG & Grocery Brands

Turn shelf space into screen time on your own channel, all day long.

  • Daily demo streams that show the product being used, not just listed
  • Comment-to-DM capture that routes viewers to your store, not a marketplace
  • Reporting your brand team can take straight to the retail buyer
McKinsey found exclusive deals the most popular show content in every market it surveyed, and product tutorials second in Europe. Food and CPG is the room nobody has filled.

Supplements & Wellness

Live demonstration is the proven format for supplements, because movement, texture and real use turn abstract specs into proof

  • Ingredient education, founder segments and live Q&A that a static product page cannot do
  • Compliance-reviewed scripts and an approved-claims list before every single stream
  • Subscription and bundle offers built into the show, so the basket gets built in conversation instead of by a recommendation widget
Health claims, restricted ingredients and before-and-after substantiation carry more risk here than anywhere. That is why the claims list gets built before we cast a single host.

Fashion, Beauty & Accessories

Try-on, drops and live styling. The formats that only work in real time.

  • Daily drop shows, restock alerts and live try-on with named hosts
  • Whatnot, TikTok and Instagram run in parallel so one production feeds three audiences
  • Live-only bundles that lift order value instead of discounting it
McKinsey found clothing the most popular live-shopping category in the US, Europe and Latin America, with US shoppers often buying three to four items in a single show.

Every question we get, including the ones people are too polite to ask

What exactly does eCom Live do?

We run your brand's official live channels : TikTok Live, Instagram, YouTube Live, Whatnot and Amazon Live. We use our own hosts, our studio and our production team, on a written schedule, around the clock. You own the accounts. You approve every script. We supply the hours you cannot staff yourself.

Why not just use creators and affiliates?

Because you are renting an audience you will never own. Affiliates take a commission on every order, keep the follower, and go dark the week something more interesting comes along. Streaming from your own account means the audience, the reviews and the repeat purchase stay on your storefront. Use creators on top of this, not instead of it.

Why can't we just do this in-house?

You can. Doing it properly Running this in-house means recruiting, scheduling and training hosts, building a studio, learning several seller back ends, tracking policy changes, moderating chat, producing clips and covering holidays and sick leave. For most brands that is a new department rather than a deliverable. We have already built it, so you can rent the capability instead of hiring one.

How do you protect the brand on a live channel?

Every script is approved by you before it airs, and every host works from an approved-claims list built with your brand and legal teams. Streams are monitored live by a producer who can redirect or end a session on the spot, and comments are moderated in real time by a person, not a keyword filter. You get a recording of every hour we stream, plus a weekly compliance log and named hosts assigned to your brand, so the same faces show up every day instead of a rotating cast of strangers.

What do you actually guarantee?

Hours. We commit to a written schedule and we hit it. If we miss the hours we committed to in any month, that month is free . We do not guarantee sales, and we will not quote you the 10x conversion figure that gets thrown around either. That number appears in McKinsey's research as a ceiling observed in particular contexts, not as an outcome any agency can sell. What we guarantee is that your channel is never dark on our watch, which is the one thing you cannot buy anywhere else and the one thing you are currently getting from nobody.

Which platforms and categories do you cover?

We run TikTok Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live, Whatnot, Amazon Live, eBay Live and TalkShopLive , and we are strongest in the categories where live actually pays: beauty, personal care, supplements, food and CPG, fashion and accessories. Clothing was the most popular live-shopping category in every Western market McKinsey surveyed. If yours is not on that list, say so on the call and we will model whether the hours can pay for themselves before you commit to anything. We add platforms as they open up . Ask about anything you don't see here.

How is this priced?

You are not buying ads and you are not handing over a percentage of your own sales. You buy staffed streaming hours : a monthly retainer set by how many hours a day you want covered, on how many platforms, with how many named hosts. The comparison worth making is not agency to agency. It is the fully loaded cost of one in-house host (salary, training, turnover, studio, lighting, a producer and a moderator) against the fact that one person covers eight hours a day, five days a week, and we cover twenty-four, seven. We publish no price list because no two schedules are the same . We scope it live on the call, walking your category, your current hours and your margins before anyone quotes you anything. What we will tell you up front: we are not the cheapest option in this category and we have never tried to be. Cheap hours are unstaffed hours, and unstaffed hours are the entire problem you came here to solve. Ask on the call for the hour-by-hour breakdown and we will walk you through it line by line. We work on 90-day minimum engagements because a channel judged on four weeks of data is a channel judged on noise.

Can we start small?

Yes. Most brands start with one platform and one fixed daily block, then add hours as the numbers come in. What we will not do is run a handful of streams a month and call it a program. Inconvenient timing is the single most cited barrier in the research, and a monthly show is the definition of inconvenient timing.

What if we're not ready to commit to anything?

Then start with the report and commit to nothing. We pull your brand's last 30 days across every live platform and send you the Money On The Table Report: how many hours your official channels were live, how many they were dark, who else was live selling your product during those hours, and what a conservative recovery of those hours is worth at your current order value. It is free, it takes about three business days, and there is no obligation attached to it. If you never speak to us again, you keep the report.
